1:17pm - House recessed.  Will meet again at 1:30 along with the Senate for a presentation by the Jt. Legislative Budget committee on the impact of the impact of veto.

1:12pm – Senate recessed already.  House reading the call of the Governor for the special session.  .

1:10pm – The House is back in session.

1:05pm – The Senate is back in session.
