If there aren't enough funds with the county tax assessor, they will have to raise property taxes. Or we'll be getting notice in our mortgage impound accounts which will show there is a deficit, and we'll get a big bill in the mail. Basically, it sounds like our taxes will be raised while getting nothing in return (services). This seems to me like it’s a back-door way to way to raise taxes.
